Blades not been driven

Hi have Jonsered Ride On = LT2117CMA

Got my new bearings and put them in. Put on new belt. Now still seems to be an issue with the pulley on the front. It judder moves then stops. Starts again and stops.

Very odd. The doing which pulls the bar to engage the blades seems pretty loose but the bar still pulls all the way to the end. So unless there is something in the inner.

Any initial thoughts.?

No video was posted that I can view. I assume the bearings you replaced were in the spindles? Did you get all spacers or washers back in their place? I forgot once and was lucky I didn't destroy the spindle bearings and shaft. It rattled around pretty fiercely and caused belt stalls until I figured it out. Took longer than I care to mention. lol

Do your blades spin freely without the belts? Exactly what bearings did you replace?

aidan gill , I am not real familiar with this mower, but will try to help. Not sure when you say the front pulley, if you mean the clutch it may have a bad/loose/corroded connection,broken/pinched wire, intermittent/faulty switch, or if battery low not charging sufficient clutch will not stay engaged properly, clutch itself may be faulty and needs replaced. 1st link below is a parts manual/break down guide and shows belt routing, etc. 2nd link is to the tractors manual.

UPDATE

Now that I see your video, recheck your belt routing and with belt off make sure the blades spin freely/all pulley's spin free, check that the tensioner spring is in place, etc. and that the deck/blade brake is not stuck on or making contact when it should not be. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
