i changed the battery for a good one that didnt help. I checked f1 and f2 with a multimeter they seem alright. i cleaned the power connecter that didnt help, also there is some white substance on one of the components dont know if that will have anything to do with it. you can see the white substance in the second to last picture.

The EM10 power supply filter on the motherboard may be faulty.

I could not see the white residue in your pictures but that could means some humidity in the motherboard.
Check and let us know results.
