Why is my iPhone 6S won't turn on
I drop my phone in the toilet for a split second, after several days I soaked it in uncooked rice, it doesn't keep on for a long time, so I have someone to clean the logic board (individual store, not apple store) and it can work normally for just four days, after that I needed to turn it on by hard reset or waited until the battery drop. The store said that water damage can lead to long term damage, either I needed to change the LCD or the logic board (it really cost a lot so I don't know what should I do)
But after several weeks, my phone cannot be charged and won't turn on, I've tried some ways, the hard reset by connecting it to iTunes (press the sleep and home button for 10 second, release the sleep button but continue to press home button for another 10 second) the iTunes recognise my dead phone but it says there is an error so it can't be reset.
Is there any way to hard reset an iPhone? or are you familiar with this issue? I don't know if the problem is the logic board or maybe the LCD, but last time I checked the battery was fine.
I really needed help since I can't really trust the individual store, yet the apple store in my country doesn't have the equipment to check the damage in iPhone 6S or newest iPhone.
I will really appreciate your answers. Thank you in advance.
Is this a good question?
