How should I increase my computer's RAM?

My computer is extremely slow, and I wonder if I should keep deleting programs. I've deleted a lot and the computer is still slow. Is there a way I can physically increase my computer's RAM? If so, how? Will this end up slowing my computer even more or hurting it in any way?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hey Blademir! For starters, a slow computer may exist due to possibly contracting a virus because filling up on RAM is rare in some cases. It may be a good idea to download a mal-virus protection program to handle these sorts of problems. I recommend using McAfee because it is generally free with your internet provider such as Cox. In terms of increasing RAM though, that can easily be done by following the RAM replacement guide. This will not result in further harm to your computer or possibly slowing it even more thanks to the additional space provided by your RAM upgrade.
