@danygc ,Danielle, Replace the screen of a Lumia 520. You may be able to remove and replace the screen yourself. To see what is involve check the video link's below. I believe in the video they use a #5 torx screwdriver, heat gun/hairdryer, guitar pic/credit card and patience. Good luck. @danygc if your Lumia is actually a 520 vs. a 250 as you described, then use the guides on here. The Torx screw driver is actually a T4
