Acer Aspire E5-575G-53VG turned off and doesn't boot

Good afternoon! I really hope that you will help me with my problem.

My Acer Aspire E5-575G-53VG yesterday suddenly turned off during operation, the case was slightly warm. The laptop was connected to the network and I noticed that it turned off when the battery was 100% charged. At the same time, all the power indicators were gently extinguished. After some time in the bag, the laptop was very hot - most likely it still worked. Now the laptop does not react to anything, it does not work, the power indicators do not turn on.

Any idea what to do about it? Thank you!

Hi,

Have you tried to reset the laptop by pressing the reset button located in a pinhole on the underside of the laptop.

Here is an image of where it is.

(This image is taken from the user manual for an Acer Aspire E5 575G so hopefully it is also applicable to your particular model variant)

Hi

What happens when you just plug in the charger and switch the charger on only, not the laptop? Do you get any lights showing?

What happens if you switch the laptop on with the charger connected and switched on?

Hi!

On my charger there are no indicators, so when I connect, I can not see anything.

When I connected the charger to the laptop, I noticed only one effect - the motherboard starts to heat up. Nothing else happens.

Hi,

How old is the laptop?

Check the warranty period as written in the warranty statement that came with the laptop. If it is still covered by the warranty follow the instructions as to what to do to get a warranty repair or replacement.

I think that you either have a battery problem or a charging circuit problem on the motherboard.
