stanupdude, a little more info. may help model#, approx age, are there any blinking lights, power light, what have you tried so far, any recent storms,etc.
If it's an older model say Circa 2005-2010 - during these years Samsung used lots of bad capacitors, you can verify if any of the capacitors look to be blown. by removing the back panel.
Look up" How to verify TV capacitors " and you should find lots of helpful videos
