Not able to use Cell service but wifi & bluetooth are fine

This iphone 6s is switching rapidly (within a min) from full bars at&t to 1 bar to no service to full service to 2 bars and so on whenever i try to make a call it immediately says call failed.

I put in a new charge port so then i did the repair again and put in a second new charge port but still no change so then i put in a new antenna cable, the one that runs along side the logic board and adheres to the speaker and still it did the same thing, have reset network flipped between airplane mode and so on

Any suggestions??

Try taking out SIM card from slot on right side of the phone(check the SIM card for crud that might be interfering with the SIM card contacts. Clean it with a DRY toothbrush.) , putting the phone in airplane mode, and putting the SIM card back in. Then turn airplane mode off. If that does not work, take out the SIM card again, and restart the phone, and put the SIM card back in. If that does not work, force restart your phone by holding the power and home buttons at the same time until the Phone restarts. Do this last step with the SIM card in.

Only by last resort should you replace the antenna. Hope I could help.
