My charger is not showing turbo charge when connected to charger .

I'm no expert, but it sounds like your battery is reaching the end of it's life. The fast draining is synonymous with a battery that's had too many recharge cycles. The oozing however, I'm not quite sure. Although the phone does not have a removable battery, im sure most tech shops would be able to swap one out if you let them know ahead of time.
