My Phone's screen is clicking as I use it. Any remedies?

Hi guys,

I recently bought a brand new iPhone 6s 128GB off eBay (so no warranty). I found some dust inside the camera lens so I followed the guide here on iFixit and wiped it clean. However, after that, the phone screen near the volume down button is clicking. It feels subtly loose, and there's a "click" sound every time I press it. It doesn't hamper the functionality of the phone in any way, but it just feels cheap and tacky, not something I'd expect from an iPhone. Is there any fix for this?

You can add a tiny 1mm large double tape strip along the sides of the aluminum frame, where the screen will sit. This way the plastic bonds to the aluminum and this "clicking" might stop this way. Or you can buy a pre-cut "gasket" or adhesive such as this one.

However, check first that your frame is not bent/banana'd. This adds to the problem.

Finally, the screen may have been previously replaced with a cheap copy, thus this issue of clicking.
