connecting to itunes after newest update

last weekend (15/04/2017) my apple tv did a update now i am unable to connect to my itunes account so i can set up home sharing

i have changed my time zone back to Sydney australia and try to test my internet connection but this still fails to connect

What can the reason be ?????

any help will be greatly appeciated

Hello, it is possible that the updated has a bug, I would contact apple directly to see if this is a common issue.
