vanlinge.j , If not charging the battery will be dead and there fore can not power on. Issue could be faulty charger, charge port, battery, bad internal components/MB. Return the Power Beats 3 as defective for replacement/refund/repair if only a month old. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
