Key pad don't work and shows no arrow

I have tried to reset my tablet but it want. Key pad don't work and shows no arrow and when I touch the screen it goes to the other end if the screen The touch screen is not in calibration so I can't use my finger do anything. I put it in narrow mode but says the keys has no funtion . How can I get the key board to work or the mouse pad to work or calibrate the pad
