My PS3 lost its USB ports

Hi, My ps3 have lost the connection to its USB ports!? I've tough it was the ports themselves that got ruined so i replaced them, but no such luck. The ports are still dead! Any suggestions what could be wrong in this case?

Were they being used a lot? R u trying to charge ur controller with them?

Yes i did charge the controllers with the USB ports but only one at the time!

Did u try anything else with the USB ports? Examples: different cord and/or a flash drive.

Yes i have tried just about everything! First different cords then infinity drive plate and flash memory's... then I blew the whole console apart and changed the USB ports with a soldering iron! Still doesn't work! And now I'm curious what else could be wrong?
