Wont Turn on or Charge (cant remove battery either)

I've been having a problem with my phone I don't know what version it is and I can't turn it on and check T^T I took the back of the cover of and there was a huge sticker and Alcatel OneTouch was on there so I went to many other sites and tried holding the volume up and down button and the powered button till it turned on that didn't work I waited about 10mins and it still wouldn't turn on. I saw another solution it was to take the batter out but you see the sticker says "non-removable battery don't attempt to disassemble or remove battery from device removal will result in voided warranty and could cause injury" so that's what confused me even more but my charging cable is pretty twisted and old but it still charges my phone I think cause when I plugged it in last night a white light stated to glow but normally The screen turns on and says "Alcatel OneTouch" and then a charging battery would pop up and it would turn off and charge...but it didn't do that and I got worried...plz help
