Are all iPhone 6 mother the same shape no matter the Carrier
I have a mother and I want to buy an old iPhone to put the mother in does the Carrier have the be the same as the mother board?

Yes all iPhone 6 housing are the same regardless of carrier version .
So your iPhone 6 logic boards will fit inside any housing you buy.
Be careful that 6 and 6+ are not interchangeable. Neither are 6 with 6s/6s+.
