Speakers stopped working after plugging in my headphones.

I plugged my headphones into my laptop and it worked fine but when I removed them the speakers wouldn't play. I tried messing with the audio settings a bit but I still can't get them to work, anyone have any ideas?

Sorry about your troubles, David. Make sure that your speakers are on and that the volume is turned up loud enough. You can check this by looking at the sound or volume setting on the laptop. Also, you can try running a diagnostic test and this will tell you if there is a problem with the hardware. You can do this by pressing "F12" and selecting "diagnostic." If none of these things work you could take it to your local electronic store and make sure the problem isn't with the speakers themselves.
