audio doesn't work after video card replacement

audio doesn't work after video card replacement, only optical digital output showing up no built-in or headphones. I tried command+option+p+r and other tricks

I did check them all but I am not 100% sure.

Check them again, maybe unplug them all and plug them back in.

Not sure. Most likely cause is you forgot a cable or one isnt seated right

I only say this as you were inside the computer, messing with things, and you probably forgot a cable or didnt seat one right

Check the connections to make sure you didnt forget to plug them all in

Should he look up what hardware specs it has under "about this Mac"? Hardware > audio.
