Rumbler humming dying fast

Bought ps4 controllers off Internet and all 4 of them have a small humming sound coming from Rumbler, what could cause this.

They die in less than 2 hours.

If you got it off eBay, there is a Buyer protection program. If you bought it elsewhere and used PayPal you can contact the seller and file a protest with PayPal.
