iPhone 6 won't power on nor connect itunes (Battery & LCD works!)

Title says it all. iPhone 6 won't power on nor connect itunes (Battery & LCD works!)

Bought the phone used and known nothing about the phone.

I swapped the LCD & battery from another KNOWN GOOD iphone 6 into the KNOWN bad iphone 6 and it still didn't power on.

I tried hard reset both with just the phone and while connected to the pc using the known good components, and still no response of any kind.

Hard reset by pressing home + power for over 20 seconds.

The iphone looks clean without any damage. I might swap the motherboard to see if that yields any result.

Did you try powering the device by using the charging cable (to a charger) to plug into the phone instead of holding the power button?

Sorry, I did try that previously. I tried powering while the phone was plugged into wall adapter.

I think I am going to try replacing the charging port with my known good one, and then try all of the power modes.

Replacing the logic board is tough. I cannot get the top screw (the one that goes into the top of the bezel) out of the angled connector near the camera.

Make sure you are using the correct size phillips head screw bits to avoid threading the screws, the ones especially for the rear camera metal cover holder are smaller than usual including the ones near it.

The things gonna be Apple ID locked anyways. You're going to need a known good battery, and a known good lightning dock. If it still won't come on, then likely u2ic tristar failure. Also, prolly want a known good display, so you can for sure tell what's going on straight away. Technically you could get away without, just plugging the phone into your pc

Thank you everyone for the response. @imedic , as mentioned in the title I know the LCD and battery are good; I was able to successfully use them on another iphone 6.

I will now try the power cycling operations with a known good charging port. Hopefully I will have some time.

I think I already identified a vendor to take a look at the logic board if the port doesn't get it booted.
