Wrong energy info: Phone dies
Long question: Bought a Blu Studio G Plus, 5 weeks later energy problems. Phone said I had 30% and then dies, put on charger and it said I was only at 2%. They sent me another phone, was supposed to be new, was not, Tried to use it and the first day the (refurbished) phone started having the exact same problem. WTF??? Now they want me to pick a NEWER model and they said they will give me either a (BLU Life XL) or a (BLU Energy Plus 2) I am trying to find good a true information on these other phones. Should I even get another BLU phone or tell them to (STICK IT WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE. Really !#^&@@ about this whole mess. I am a (senior retired) and just wanted a nice phone that I could have a translation app on it and this is getting to be a nightmare because of now getting TWO phones and both are not working right. AND they said they would send a NEW one since I bought new but tried to screw me by sending a (refurbished) one. Knew it right away since the batt: was already in the phone, and the charger and wire was just rattling around in the area under the phone. Now they are trying to do (Right by me) BUT I now have a real problem with their (honesty) Is either of the (NEW) phones they are offering me ok? I am trying to research them and just want to make sure I get a phone that works and does not give me problems since I will NOT have any guarantee on anything they send me now cause my year is up next month and they say even if I could have got the original phone to them quickly it would have only had a warranty for the remaining time on the original phone and NOT another year as I would think they should have. Oh and I am living in South America and it took like 8 months to wait until a friend was going back to The States to get the original phone back to them. Would have cost more than the phone was worth to send it back from here and they will NOT send anything back unless you use a Stateside address. :(( Now they told me to keep the replacement phone, and admitted they made a mistake by not sending me a new one and told me to just keep the (refurbished one) Whoopie, BUT will still only send one of the ones they offered me to a US address, since the BOTH the 2 BLU studio plus ones I got have the same energy problem. Now I can maybe get it down here in a couple months since another friend here is having a friend visit from The Stares. AND I checked is NOT a batt: problem or I would have bitten the bullet and just bought another batt: OH when the replacement one they sent died, and I DID fully charge it the night before I started to use it. It leasted a couple days and I hardly used it at all. I checked and the batt: is a 3.8v and I checked it with my meter right after the phone died and it was still at 3.0v. Would think the phone should still work with 3.0v? Right?? So what should I do? And or which of the two NEW ones they are offering will give me the least problems.
