No Wifi at all and no bluetooth

I had my iPhone for the a few months now, it was a hand me down from my older sister. After a few months of having it, I just woke up the other day and I wasn't able to connect to the WiFi or connect to my bluetooth speakers. But I was able to have 3G available.

I followed all apples steps in trying to restore it but no luck.

Any one can help me. It would totally be awesome.

Thanks

Since you tried restoring and the Wi-Fi option is still greyed out and you are unable to turn it on, I believe your Wi-Fi chip most likely failed. This may have been caused by a serious drop.

The Wi-Fi chip will need replacing and that is a job for a microsodlering technician, not a DIYer because it requires a lot of skill and adequate tools and replacement parts.

If the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are there but the signal is too low then it could be that the antenna broke or came loose. If that's the case, you would need to re-connect or replace the antenna.

Other parts of the Wi-Fi circuit may fail as well, but the above are the most common issues I've faced so far.
