iPhone 6 screen won't turn on after screen replacement

I replaced my screen perfectly and then, when i tried to connect it back on, i saw smoke between the flex cable and the fpc connector, and when i tried to turn it on, i could sense vibrations and hear siri, but the screen doesn't turn on

I have put all screws at their exact places, my only mistake is that i forgot to unplug the battery, what can i do from now? Would isopropanol on my fpc connector fix the problem? I tried different screens, and they won't light up

You've fried the LCD socket on your logic board. This is not a novice repair. I wouldn't recommend pulling out your girlfriends hair dryer and attempting to do this for your first time. I would send it out to a logic board repair shop. I hear iPad Rehab does good work. Also there are a few of us here that do it...but we're not supposed to say? We aren't allowed to promote our own shops here

Or it could be LCD shorted or backlight circuit got blown.

Yeah I agree @benjamen50 but it sounds a lot more like he's fried the socket
