How do we remove The Shard glass on the bezel area from the frame or lcd

Everyone asked about removing the glue I'm trying to remove The Shard glass from the LCD frame area before I even get to the glue issue does it require Heat or some kind of adhesive remover thank you

Options

Heat is result your friend when it comes to these acceeen replacements. The glass is help together to the bezel by strong adhesive. Be sure and not get it too hot. 170* is usually the perfect temperature. Heat up a small section, move the glass and work your way around the glass until it is all off. Be sure and not heat it too hot as it will warp the bezel. The glue is rather tough on the iPad 1 compared to the other models.
