ruel hermino , Not much information supplied, make,model#, how old, did it ever work, does it still cool,etc.. If newer return under warranty for replacement/refund/repair. Check the power source for correct voltage cord for damage. If no warranty,unplug and disassemble check for internal blown fuse and or test limit switches and for any loose/burnt connections, if it has a board look for damaged/burnt components, etc.. I own the Crystal Mountain “storm” model. I failed to find the hot water reset button in the rear. I’ve already tried to toggle the switch upfront with no luck. Any suggestion could be appreciated. Thx!
