ICloud locked how can I alter it?

Hey all... I recently bought a IPhone 7 Plus and it was ICloud Locked!!! I am EXTREMELY mad about this happening. The owner has changed ALL of his information. (In other words) I have NO way of contacting him... R.I.P........

So now I am stuck on what to do. Is it possible to get a Logic Board or Mother board for it to alter the Icloud lock? Or any kind of application or send it to anyone that can unlock it? If available to buy a Logic Board or MotherBoard or Send ins Can you link me to where i could purchase a motherboard? ETC! Thanks for the Help & Hope for the best!!!!

More likely the phone was stolen and you got scammed into buy it. I would find an Apple Store near you and return it to them so they can then return it to the person who had it stolen.

If you bought the phone off of eBay you should be able to get your money back from them. If not, see if your credit card offers bad goods insurance. While you may not get all of your cash back you might be able to get some.

Not so easy! As @tomchai stated its more than just the logic board and besides its just not economical.

Basically you don't.

Swapping the board immediately destroys all home button functions and leaves you with a crippled phone. Plus it does not make economical sense anyway.

Replacing certain chips may work, but where do you get these chips? You guessed it, from another board, so it makes even less sense.

which chips we have to replace bro ? i have changed the chips of iphone 6s and succesfully unlocked the icloud but i dont know about 7 and 7plus so please describe chips...
