How to remove or fix spots 'dots' on my Panasonic LED TV?

Hi there is some kind of spots or dots on my Panasonic TV that are hard to see on something colorful or black but you can see them clearly in brights and white areas of screen, and dots is in some kind of a pattern like 3 dots down and 8 dots in a row with the same spacing

Is there any way to get rid of them or maybe you can help me fix it ?

Arturas Vaitekun it will be helpful if you can post some images of what you see on your screen. Post some images with your question by using this guide for that. It will allow us to see what you see. "pattern like 3 dots down and 8 dots in a row with the same spacing" this could be caused by bad pixels (can't fix that because it is an error in the panel) or it could be bad LED backlight strips which I believe is the issue with your TV. Once you post some images we most likely can give you a definite answer. Right now, without seeing it, it is all speculation.

Thanks for the pictures. Yes those are definitely your backlight strips. Let me see if those can be had separately. In the meantime check out this video to see how to do it.
