Hi, I almost have the same problem, if I put the jack all the way in only one ear works but if I put it 3/4 in both works... What can I do?

@papyours appears to be a faulty headphone jack. Replace it by following this guide

I tought it was because my ipod is a 3pole and my earhone a 4 poles but even with three poles I still have the same problem...
