Small rectangles on the top of the display after battery replacement?

I recently replaced my iPhone 6 battery, making sure to follow all instructions, being as careful as possible. When finishing the replacement, I noticed boxes/rectangles at the top of my display. I reconnected all connectors, cleaned all contacts, and charged the battery, but i still see them at the top. Any solutions for this or will it go away over time?

Could be that the LCD cable was pulled on too hard or somehow got damaged.

Check if theres lint on the LCD connector on the board. In some cases you'll need to use a microscope to see it (Sometimes even small pieces of metal get on there and you can't see it without microscope happened once last week for me).

I think the screen should be fine and the issue would be that.
