cracked glass screen, non responsive touch

hi guys last night i dropped my iphone 3g 8gb and the front glass got severly cracked and actually dislodged itself from the front of the iphone but now i find myself with an absolutely non responsive phone any help or links or any comments will be most helpful also if someone could explain what parts i need it would be most appreciated thanks guys.

I'm currently using 3Gs, But same thing occurred to me.

Actually, The glass surface is not cracked, But inner 'touch-responsive' layer is cracked.

So, You have to replace the whole glass.

Pretty easy fix, follow the guide here. Save yourself the trouble of picking off glass shards and just spend the extra 10 bucks on a complete replacement - i get my stuff from this guy -

Make sure you are careful disassembling the old screen off, if you pull too hard and yank it all the way off youll bust the label 3 connector. its a tiny lever you flip up, then slide the ribbon out.

actually guys im pretty sure the label 3 connector tore when the glass came out of its placement on the phone email me @ briank182009@hotmail.com if anyone knows what i can do.
