iPhone 6s won't turn on and itunes says there is no SIM card installed
I had my iphone 6s screen replaced today. When I went to pick it up, the tech said that the home screen wasn't working and had to do a bit more work on it. He put my code in, seemed to be able to get it working, but then mentioned he had to reset it. He then tells me there was a problem and that my phone had "touch disease" and that the backlight won't work and suggested i get it replaced under warranty (which i know is nullified due to me choosing to go to a third party repair shop). He said it was working when plugged into the computer but when I did it, itunes says theres no sim card installed. I'm unfortunately not very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of iphones but is it likely that the tech did not put the sim card in? it will not turn on at all, so i'm at a loss of what to do. if he does have the sim card, is there a way i can remotely deactivate it or is my info compromised? Thanks in advance for any insights you can offer :)
Is this a good question?
