My camera's rear screen appears to be damaged. What are my options?

I don't remember ever dropping my camera, but the screen has been flickering for a while now. I'm curious about what could be done to fix this.

It sounds like either the screen itself has a defect or it has a loose connection to the motherboard. I would check out the S4800's troubleshooting page section on LCD screen problems. You may have to open up the device to see if the connection from the screen to the motherboard is loose and this can be done by following the monitor replacement guide. If the connection appears to be fine, the LCD screen may need to be replaced.
