syma x8c two props dont spin

so i went to fly my syma x8c after my friend crashed it pretty hard, and only two of the props spun( the front right and back left) so i checked the motors and i checked gears and everything was good i even switched out the motors to the stock ones and same result. i took off all the props to see if anything would spin all four spots were working fine. i put the two front on and tried it, it worked fine. i put a third on and that front right stopped working its like their isnt enough power for all four of the motors. i swapped out batteries and nothing changed. i tested it once and throttled it very slowly all four spun until i got to a certain speed then the same two stopped working. even when all four were spinning the drone would not move it seemed like its filled with rocks. nothing extra is on the drone.

UPDATE

i tilted it around and all four spun. i held it in my hand and all four spun but as soon as i set it on the ground only two spun. it also seems to be pushing down instead of up. yes the propellers are on the correct way

i also tried calibrating it and nothing changed

While the props are spinning, try tilting the drone, alot. Something may be wrong with gyroscope.

Are you positive you got the connections on the motors right? Wiring them wrong can make the propellers spin wrong. As for the not spinning issue, you will need to replace the motherboard because the gyroscope is completely off. Before you do so, remember, the gyroscope recalibrates its self every time the drone pairs with the remote. When you pairs, make sure it's on a level surface.
