zig-zags came across the screen and it powered off

Can someone help me turn on my Lenovo tablet I recently got it and the tablet was working but all of a sudden zigsages came across the screen and it powered of and. I've tryed to plug it in on many outlets aurond the house. I've tryed charging it with many chargeres even it's original charger but it doesn't turn on what can I do can someone help me ???
