Could the drain pump be clogged?

Put a load of laundry in the machine filled up with water then nothing the 'green senser light is on I drained it manually it drained out very slowly so I was wondering if what's causing the machine not to start is it is plugged it drained all the water except a couple gallons I did the test on it and it did everything but left a couple gallons of water in it

Update (03/30/2017)

Locks look good it filled up with water all the way so I manually took the water out drain the water out and it came out very slowly like something was clocked in there would that stop it from wanting to run the central light stays on and just play Nothing Else and hear a humming sound thank you

It is door lock assembly but the parts go to take a week to get here is there a way to bypass them so we can do the laundry

Chosen Solution

If your Kenmore 110 Series Washing Machine is not draining after a wash cycle, see the Kenmore 110 Series Washing Machine Won’t Drain problem page for possible causes and solutions.

This can be several things. Let's go with the cheap fixes first. Do you get an error code?

Unplug the machine for five minutes to allow it to reset.

Cause 1

Door Lock

The door lock assembly might be defective. Inspect the door lock for damage. If the door lock is damaged, replace it.

Cause 2

Door Latch

The door latch assembly might be defective. Inspect the door latch for damage. If the door latch is damaged, replace it.
