She is asking for the manufacturing
My canon PIXMA MG5320 is asking for the manufacturer what can I do? I contacted canon and they don't provide help for this model.

I don't think the printer is asking. It's most likely a PC that needs a driver. Ask questions. What computer, what operating OS.
