Its not impossible but very Difficult to do it requires flashing the firmware technically its illegal unless the phone If the phone has been stolen . its a security feature that makes it very hard to crack

Firmware flashing isn't required. In fact you can't bypass by just by flashing firmware.
There are Google account bypass solutions all over YouTube which makes it easy for certain ZTE models.
I forgot the Google account don't have it I need to get through without bypassing the Google
