Missed pins under power ic

I wanted to replace the power managment ic so i took off the ic and started cleaning the area for the new cip and saw in microscop that some pins are missing

What pins are missing? Get PADS and the .pcb file for the iphone 6 and see what pins are missing. Post a pic so we can help you.

if the pins are missing you screwed your logic board did you properly heat the chip before removing it or just pull it off?

You have used to little heat and to much force to pull it off, i think you damage your motherboard.

Those pads are supposed to be missing, they are are N/C and are used as a spacefiller. Reball under the chip and see if it still works.
