Part of Screen on iPhone wont work
I just replaced my screen and lcd but one part of the screen is totally unresponsive.....
Is this a good question?

Try reinstalling the connectors but clean them with a soft toothbrush and IP alcohol90+ % . If the screen isn't completely working there's probably some sort of dirt or dust in the connector . Clean them then inspect the connector, look for bent or missing pins . Then if there's no problems connect them and make sure there seated completely.If this brings no joy then look into the display as being defective. You may also want to inspect the connector ribbon cables for damage. Hope this helps

There is that plate behind the LCD, if it's dirty it will cause an interference such as non responsive touch, second would be a bad LCD screen.
