Coffee maker is very noisy

My Keurig is very noisy, and has been noisy from the beginning. So I thought it was suppose to sound that way, until recently when a friend heard it and ask me why it was so noisy? I said it had always sounded that way and she said hers wasn't. So my question is: What's wrong with it? And where do I send it for repair?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

wildraindrops , Could be a noisy pump as heard in the 1st video link below. If it is not very old, return to place of purchase for exchange/refund or if you have to use warranty go that way for replacement/repair/refund, 2nd link below is keurig contact link. Read through a few forums and it seem's the B60 and B66 both had noise complaints, so it is possible this may be normal(but irritating) try a rubber mat or cork board under it to reduce noise. Posted a couple articles that also talk about noisy Keurigs. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
