weak wifi after touch ic replacement
i replaced the touch ic before that wifi was perfect
after i replaced the touch ic the wifi is very weak i changed the antenna but no luck

Reball the wifi IC, you probably heated it and the joints expanded then the under fill was creating pressure so it created a bad joint.

I agree with this assessment! Its either a Reball or a replacemet of the wi-fi IC all together.
