Replaced Touch Screen/Digitizer Touch Doesn't Work
Replaced front touch screen, everything works except for the touch feature. I couldn't see a solution in other similar questions.

You need to go back though this guide to double check all of the steps. You may have a defective digitizer but you could also have damaged the flex or connectors on the logic board.
