Display spoil after refurbish lcd.

Hello, recently when I'm doing refurbish 6s/6s Plus LCD I found out that everytime I done cleaning the oca on the LCD after removed the polarizer then the ribbon spoil. I found it when I'm doing the last check before put into the machine. The problem is when I touch the LCD ribbon or trying to flip gently the display gone strange. I was wondering is it the oca remover caused it or the static. Please help!

If the problem not serious the LCD still usable.

What does the LCD look like exactly? Can you post a photo? When you remove the polarizer the static line at the top is usually also removed. Which causes a ghosting effect until it is re-applied later in the refurb process

Question updated. Is this what you called it ghosting effect?

I used 8333 and zippo to clean the oca glue after removed the polarizer.

You are better off posting this in the iFixit Pro Talk forum where pretty much business owners and etc talk to each other. There are many good LCD refurbishers on that forum that go in depth about these issues and the solutions to them.
