Where can I find a replacement lcd

Replacement panels for LCD TVs, including the Vizio E420 cost nearly as much as a new TV, if you can find them in the first place that is.

You could try removing the back cover of the TV (with the power disconnected) and find the part number of the panel which should be printed in the panel itself. Then search online using just the number to get suppliers of the part.

Do not be surprised if there is either no results or if the results are for a specialist LCD panel manufacturer.

LCD panels are made to order for the TV manufacturers by specialist manufacturers, who usually do not supply to individuals.

The best option for you is to try and sell your TV as faulty - good for parts to recoup some of the cost of a new TV.
