Not turning on after screen replacement!

Hello guys! I just signed up for iFixit and I'm glad I found you guys. I've been fixing phone's around my area for a while now. This time I replaced an iPhone 6. I went through the operation fine and it turned on. Once on, I noticed that an alert on the screen read that the TouchID was not available (not working).

Naturally, I immediately went back to see if I missed something on the home button. I checked and everything seemed to be looking normal. After that, I put everything back together to check and see if it just messed up on its own, and bang.......The iPhone would not come on.

I tried the normal "hold the home and lock button 30 seconds" and nothing happened. The phone responds to iTunes but that's it.

NEED MAJOR HELP!!!!!

*side note*

I have another iPhone 6 that I used the replacement screen and it works completely fine on it.

Most like a blown backlight filter if you replugged screen cables while battery connected.

If it responds to iTunes try to process a restore and see what happens. Be aware the if device was not backed up the restore would erase to a factory wipe. You will also need the iCloud account to re-activate your device.
