Why did Geforce GTX disappear from my Dell Core i7 desktop menu?

Hi!

Whenever I right clicked my desktop the menu would show GTX, Intel and Windows for multiple screen configuaration. I hafd two ViewSonic attached, (with VicTsing USB converters) everything worked appropriately, and yesterday I left all screens open for a while. When I came back my two ViewSonics were frozen, and when I restarted they refused to open, they were blank. I tried restoring with Windows, which proved being a bad idea as I did not find restore points readily available, (there was a note about 10 day I had to access latest point...), went ahead with one I found, and the machine said it had not worked, that no changes had benn done due to an error (which was never expalined... Windows 10 Restore details is totally a another issue).

Anyway. it did change things: one of them disappearing the connection of my XP-211 Scanner, nd another was to make GTX go away from the menu I mentioned. Was GTX erased from my PC, or access to it? I am not sure if I am using it or not. I would appreciate your help.

Does anyone know how to restore that?

Thanks!
