Motor-Board (ESC replacement )?

Bought a used P3 Std that was crashed and chasis has been replaced with new. After I bought it I tried starting it and the two right side motors wont start. I then swapped the two clockwise motors and the results were the same. Same position mtoro didnt start. Question; Can the board from my original P3 replace the board in the crashed unit I bought ? Are main boards interchangeale within series ?
