How to fix an shooter problems. The mirror tend to stay long up

The mirror of my D3200 tend to turn down slowly when it goes up and "release shooter botton" message appear.

How can fix it? All of the videos on YouTube show how to fix when it stuck down but not when it tend to stuck up.
