What I can watch it from (cable box)

I have a Apple 4th generation device I don't have a TV with the HDMI ports I have a cable box with an HDMI port on the back of it can I plug my Apple 4th generation up to the cable box and watch through the cable box on my TV

Options

You need to have HDMI on the back of your TV.

Or if you have Component on the back of the TV you can get one of these convertors.
