How can I fix the problem of mouth piece so that when I call they can here me I have tried to replace with a New one but it failed so what can I do to fix that problem

Kukumba Brian, It seems like a lot of people have Mic. issues with their Huawei Phone's. Check that the Mic holes/screens are dust/lint free and wide open to not muffle sound. If you have it in a case remove from case and try. If you have this setting option on your phone try, Project Menu / Background setting / Dual Mic Setting (turn off). You can also try a factory/hard rest to fix the issue as a corrupt file/App etc. could cause the issue(2nd link has reset procedure) and when reloading Apps, etc. watch and see which is effecting the phone and delete it. Some forums suggest rooting the phone,which I am not familiar with, but you can do a search on. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
